Instructions Step - 1

Add 1 tablespoon butter to a large nonstick skillet and melt on medium heat.

Add ½ cup chorizo and cook for about 5 minutes, or until browned.

While chorizo is cooking, add 6 eggs to a medium bowl and whisk together
