BAKED EGG RECIPE

Ingredients

▢1 tablespoon butter melted ▢12 eggs ▢2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded ▢2 cups cheddar cheese shredded ▢1 16 oz. container cottage cheese ▢1/2 cup all-purpose flour ▢1 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Brush the melted butter onto a 9×13 casserole dish and set aside.

Add eggs to a large bowl and whisk together.

Whisk in cheeses, flour, and salt and pour into the baking dish.

Bake for 55-60 minutes.
